TexFormat.Astc8x8RgbaHdr

Description

ASTC 8x8 HDR color with full alpha, 2 bpp. Compressed HDR on mobile GPUs, and much cheaper than an uncompressed float format. Requires the ASTC HDR extension, which is separate from baseline ASTC support!
